"Sunset Spas provided us a wonderful experience in buying our first swim spa! Both Dave & Marie were very friendly, ensuring that all our questions were answered. We didn't have to haggle over any pricing because there were so many added features that we didn't really expect...IE: starting chemical kits, the exercise bands, the cover, the entry stairs and, for our circumstances, the delivery was simply made to our advantage. We also were encouraged to try out the spa in-store which we did. Marie was right there to answer our questions. She even made sure the spa was setup to our temperature preference before we arrived. She wasn't afraid to say, "I'm not sure about....(something)...I'll get an answer!" She always got back with the answer! They did follow-up calls for when we could expect delivery as well as after the delivery/install. Also, the delivery guys, Jack and Bob, made sure everything was setup to our wishes and explained all of the operations of the spa. Simply put, the whole process was professionally done! It's great to know that "good service" still exists in our hurry-up and buy/sell culture! We'd recommend Sunset Spas in Tucson to anyone that is thinking about any kind of spa investment!"

"What an experience ! Dave is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the product. He even was able to complete a "hurry-up" for delivery of exactly the spa we wanted. "We purchased a spa from Sunset Spas on Costco Drive, November 26, 2022. Doug Crawford was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was never pushy. He is a "A" personality without a doubt, but I am OK with that. After a lot of questions and visiting a competitor, we went with a Sunset Spa (house spa). Best words I could use for a unit on display with no nameplate on it like a Jacuzzi or Viking. It is actually a Sunrans model SR878. But, good luck finding that out, unless you research the internet like I did. I set up for delivery with Maria. She was awesome and easy to work with. Three weeks later, as promised Mark and his crew showed up with our new tub. About two hours later it was installed, up and running. Mark gave me a start up kit, manuals and a rundown on operating the tub. I would recommend you give Sunset Spa a try if you are looking for a hot tub. "
